What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns as long as your product is in new condition with tags. We offer full returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of purchase. There are two ways you can return and exchange an item.

Return your item(s) in-person at a Happy Returns Location

  1. Click HERE to find a Happy Returns Location near you
  2. Bring the item(s) you wish to return. That’s it! No box or receipt required
  3. Your refund will be initiated immediately.


Return your item(s) by Mail

Please click HERE to begin your returns by Mail process

  1. Enter your order number and billing zip code.
  2. You will be presented with your order history. Select the product you
    wish to return.
  3. Select a reason for the return and we will give you options for a direct
    exchange or full refund.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.
  5. Review and verify your selections and submit your return.
  6. Print out the return shipping label and affix it to the original packaging
    and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you
    received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).
  7. Refund will be initiated once the package is dropped off and scanned
    by the carrier.
