What is your return policy?

We accept returns as long as your product is in new condition with tags. We offer full returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at help@hillflint.com and a support team member will assist you with your return. Please be advised that returned items can take 1-2 weeks to be fully processed. 

Other returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In lieu of a full return, we may offer partial returns and store credit for certain situations.
