What is your return policy?

We accept returns as long as your product is in new condition with tags. We offer full returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Other returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or exchange, please write to our customer service team at help@hillflint.com with the following information:

  1. Return / exchange reason
  2. Order Number
  3. Product to be returned or exchanged
