My order says delivered, but I have not received it. What's up?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. Two possible scenarios here:

Note that our carriers are unable to ship to PO boxes.

If this is the case, please respond in the same ticket and we can either replace the order to an alternative shipping address, or we can refund your order and allow you to create a new order yourself.


If your shipping address was correct, please respond in your message and include your order number, tracking number and shipping address. This information will allow us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We will also send you a replacement of the product you ordered.


If your order was a gift and the recipient has not received it, please follow the instructions above, but include the recipients shipping address.
